"Anti-Empire" a still from my former studio window, thanks to Chia Fueki who is letting me continue to shoot from her studio, till the window is covered by the wall of Kiska's newest contribution to real estate in Williamsburg. They have informed me this will happen late May early June, so I am starting to organize the footage of the last 5 years documenting changes to the view of the Manhattan skyline. I have been recording 1 to 2 seconds on if not a daily than a weekly basis making a film that because of it's animated nature may be less meditative that Andy Warhol's "Empire" but with some duration probably not 8 hours.
